Web stamps are tiny pixel-art badges — usually 99×56 pixels — that people make and trade across personal sites. They’re a Neocities tradition carried forward from the early web, a way of expressing identity through collected glyphs. Like pinning patches to a jacket, except the jacket is HTML.
